several contested employment disputes with former
employees in California State and Federal courts.
- Successfully defended a media company in
arbitration before the American Arbitration
Association in connection with claims by former
employees.
- Negotiated numerous executive employment,
termination and severance agreements.
- Successfully moved to dismiss claims of
violations of Title I, II and III of the ADA.
